About the event
Join us for a day of wellness. We will have live groups workouts, wellness scavenger haunts, plank competition, and a wellness/fitness group competition.
Wellness/ Fitness Teams should consist of 6 people.
Other competions can only be enter by the person competiting. If person can not compete, no refund will be issued. However, they will be issued a Royal Haus Giftcard to use for future items or tickets purchased at Royal Haus if Wellness.

Please note that all teams should consist of at least 5 and no more than 6 individuals. Wellness Activities: 1. Journaling Competition (30 sec journal response based on clarity and relevance) 3. Healthy Habit Trivia (A team quiz on nutrition, sleep, stress management, and overall wellness facts) Fitness Activities 1. Team Circuit Challenge (push-ups, squats, planks, jumping jacks, lunges, burpees) 2. Team Plank (Last full team holding win)
